One flow, three steps: diagnose the through-lines and the pull, turn a direction into something testable this week, then build resumes aimed at it. Your answers carry forward automatically — nothing to re-enter or paste between steps.

Step 1 of 3

This isn't "find your passion" as a standalone answer. It's mapping two things — what you actually have (skills, patterns) and what actually pulls you (passions, interests) — onto a next direction, using whatever forced this moment as the occasion, not the obstacle.

What's bringing you here?

Be specific. "Laid off in March, tech isn't hiring" tells me more than "career change."

Work history — not just titles

For each role: what you were actually good at, and what energized you (not what you were supposed to like — what actually gave you a charge, even in a bad job). Add as many as matter. Aim for at least 2-3.

Forced transitions

Times something outside your control changed your path — layoff, industry collapse, company died, role got automated, health, relocation. What happened, and what did it teach you about yourself? If nothing forced comes to mind, skip this — but most people who land here have at least one.

Passions & interests — a separate axis from skills

This isn't about what you've done professionally. It's about what pulls your attention when nobody's grading you on it. Concrete beats vague — "film editing and color grading" tells me more than "creativity."

Success & setbacks

This can come from anywhere in your life, not just work — a school project, an early job, sports, music, raising a kid, anything. Looking for the actual approach or behavior, not a moral.

Step 2 of 3

This picks up where the Diagnostic left off. For each direction it surfaced, here's what the market actually looks like right now, how to search for it yourself, how to open a real conversation about it, and one specific move to test it this week.

Looking for your Diagnostic results…

Paste your directions

I couldn't find directions from Step 1. Paste the "2–3 next directions" section from your Diagnostic below (however it's formatted — numbered, bulleted, whatever) and I'll pull it in.

The Rebuilders — Action Plan
Step 3 of 3

Same facts as your Diagnostic, turned into resumes you can actually send: one comprehensive core version, plus one variant per direction it surfaced — reweighted and reframed for what each one actually values.

Goes at the top of every version below — not generated, just yours.

Existing resume (optional)

Paste one in and it'll be used for real dates, company names, and metrics — the diagnostic alone doesn't collect those. Skip this and everything still gets built, just with bracketed placeholders wherever a specific wasn't given.

Anything else to include (optional)

Education, certifications, tools or software, languages — anything not captured in your work history.

Build your resumes

Generates the core resume and every targeted variant together, in one pass.

This is the last step in the loop. Diagnose (Step 1) found the through-lines and the pull, Act (Step 2) turned a direction into something testable in the real world, and this turns the same facts into resumes you can actually send. Nothing here has to happen in order twice — go back to any step as things change and this whole app updates with it.
